This is a great booster to BPC 157. I take it twice a week.
TB - 500 - 5 mg vial + 1 ml water, 2mg twice per week, 2 mg dose = 40 units (0.4 ml) I take it on Monday right before bed and then again on Thursday before bed. I alternated shot areas in the fat around my upper and lower abdomen or for localized injuries I injected in the areas closest to the injury. For me, it's the soft tissue on the inside of the ankle for an old ankle injury and in the shoulder for an older shoulder injury. Adjust accordingly. Sometimes I work out late at night and have not seen any problems. (For the next part I had been taking tb500 and BPC-157 for a month and then took a break so I cannot give a proper review on just TB 500 alone) I have not seen any side effects so far. I did notice I peed a lot the first day after taking it and I felt really bad fatigue the first 3 days like I was extremely tired. during this time I actually could sleep. ( I'm a chronic insomniac). During this time remember to stay hydrated. For every 8 glasses of water I drank, I added a half pack of electrolytes to my water or you can use a pinch of Himalayan sea salt to your 16-ounce water bottle. After 4 days of consistent use, I noticed a drastic change in my digestive tract. Reduced inflammation everywhere and reduced constipation. I was going regularly without straining) My joints did not ache. I had a little bit of improved mobility. I definitely had more energy. I used it for about a month and did cardio and weight lifting focusing on lighter weights, good form, and correcting muscle imbalance.

BPC157 works great. I have been a gym rat and hockey player since high school. Had 3 should surgeries on my right shoulder, one on my left along with 2 bicep detachments on the left, upper and lower. I occasionally will tweak some tendons working out wind up hurting for a month or so. BPC157 gets me thru that in less than half the time. Relieved the inflammation completely as well as speeds healing as advertised. Highly recommend this product for any tendon or ligament swelling or agitation.
