Re-ship policy

We offer 1 x free re-ship per order. In such circumstances, we would require a different delivery address.

No less than 28 days is required to pass since the last tracking update or proof of customs letter before a re-ship may be processed.

If your tracking status does not update in that timeframe please get back to us.

We will not reship if the customer has made any errors in the address information.

We do not offer free re-ship to Australia, Canada and Brazil.
