Re-ship policy

We offer a FREE re-ship on all orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the postal service.

We do NOT re-ship any International orders that are confiscated by customs. We recommend that you order from our domestic warehouses to your country to ensure delivery.

We will NOT re-ship if the customer has made any errors in the address information, so please ensure you have correctly typed the delivery address.
