Beligas Anavar 10

I just finished 30 days of 20mg a day and did not notice anything at all. Since this is my first go at Anavar, I feel it is only fair to state maybe I was expecting too much form what I read about it. There were no changes in the gym - strentgh or stamina - and no changes in body composition. I was 195lbs 30 days ago and am 195lbs today. However, I do feel I recovered slightly faster. 20mg should have been enough to notice more of a change, so that will be my last run with Anavar. The pills were like chalk and fell apart. Maybe I got a bad batch.
